Changing or cancelling a booking
Have your booking reference ready. Changes to times and addresses are free when made with reasonable notice. If your flight is delayed you do not need to call, because we track it automatically. If it is cancelled or moved to another day, let us know as soon as you can.
Group and business enquiries
For group bookings, events, weddings, roadshows or a company account, send us the date, the number of people and the rough plan. We will reply with a fixed quote and, for accounts, the invoicing set-up.
