The right car depends on two numbers: how many people are travelling and how many large cases they are bringing. Get those right and everything else follows. Every vehicle below is quoted at a fixed price, so moving up a size is a clear, known cost rather than a surprise.

Choosing by luggage, not just seats

A saloon seats four, but four adults with four large holiday cases will not fit. As a rule of thumb, a saloon takes two large cases and two cabin bags, an estate takes four large cases, and an MPV takes four large cases with six passengers. If you are travelling with golf clubs, skis, a pushchair or cruise luggage, choose the next size up.

Everyday cars

The saloon is the workhorse of the fleet and the cheapest way to travel. The estate has the same four seats but a much longer boot, which is why families flying out for two weeks often pick it. Both are comfortable, air-conditioned and cleaned between jobs.

People carriers

The six-seat MPV suits a family of five or six with standard luggage. The eight-seat Volkswagen Multivan or similar takes a bigger group with a full set of cases, so nobody has to follow in a second car. The Mercedes V-Class is the executive version, with face-to-face leather seats that suit small business teams and families who want a little more comfort.

Executive and chauffeur cars

The executive saloon is a Mercedes-Benz or similar with a quieter cabin and a suited driver. For clients, weddings and special occasions, the long-wheelbase Mercedes S-Class is our first-class option. The BMW i7 is fully electric and almost silent, with zero tailpipe emissions, which matters to many corporate travel policies.

Larger groups

The largest vehicle in the fleet is the eight-seat MPV. For groups of nine or more we send two vehicles booked for the same pickup time, so everyone leaves together and arrives at the terminal within minutes of each other. Call us with the numbers and we will arrange it as one booking with one fixed price.

Child seats and accessibility

Child seats are free on any vehicle. Tell us the ages of the children when you book and we will fit infant, toddler or booster seats before the car arrives. If a passenger uses a wheelchair or needs help getting in and out, add a note to your booking and we will match the vehicle and driver.

Frequently asked questions

Can I request a specific car model?

Our cars are booked by class, so you will get the model shown or a similar vehicle. If a particular car matters, such as the BMW i7, book that class directly.

What if I bring more luggage than I booked for?

Tell us as soon as you know. If the bags will not fit, the driver may not be able to take everything, so it is always better to size up in advance.

Are all vehicles licensed for private hire?

Yes. Every car and driver is licensed for private hire and insured for paid passenger journeys.

Do you have electric vehicles?

Yes. The BMW i7 chauffeur car is fully electric, and we are adding more electric and hybrid cars across the fleet.

Not sure which car fits?

Tell us your group size and bags. We will match the vehicle and fix the price.
